New RWMA Map, Rules Now on User Site

The map and rules I had on the Rapidan WMA Users Website were outdated.  They have been updated with new ones.  The new map has been updated to have more recent information and show the new Fray land that was recently added to the Middle (Conway) River Tract.  I couldn’t tell that the rules had changed that much.
